Ruckel has 20 years of experience as a sales professional and sales leader in the design and architectural products industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at 3form, the market leader in durable translucent materials, She leads four sales channels: the company’s architecture and design consultants, global distribution, dealer partnerships, and national account sales teams. Through her commitment to this role, she has developed high-performance sales teams, international sales channels, dealer development programs, and e-commerce strategies. Ruckel is interested in the impact design has on its occupants and the changing needs of our society. She is a lifelong member of IIDA and NEWH and has served in leadership roles including President of NEWH Rocky Mountain Chapter. She is an active participant in the design community and is a frequent contributor and guest of leading design blogs, podcasts, and award shows. Exhibited by her participation in industry organizations like IIDA and NEWH, she loves to connect with her network, educate others on how design impacts the built environment, and share her interest in sustainability and material health.
