• Statement describing your firm or business, maximum 100 words
• Statement documenting the progress and growth of your firm or business since inception, maximum 350 words
• Statement of your overall contributions to the interior design profession, maximum 350 words
• Description of your experience as an entrepreneur in the industry, maximum 150 words
• Description of your work mentoring others in the industry, maximum 150 words
• Description of what you would likely use the monetary award for, maximum 150 words

• A brief video in which you, in your own words, describe your firm and your approach to success

• Three (3) separate letters of recommendation in PDF file format and saved individually must be included

A select committee of design professionals will review the submissions and select one winner to be notified in April, 2021.

The 2021 Anna Hernandez/Luna Textiles Visionary Award is one $5,000 cash prize to be presented to a recipient in spring 2021. The winner will receive official digital assets, and recognition on IIDA.org, social media channels, and in an official press release distributed to leading industry outlets and media partners.
