The IDEA Studio is a customizable meeting and event venue in downtown Chicago, with luxury interiors, full AV capabilities, and the options of meeting rooms to a 150-person capacity conference room. We are located just above street level on the historic Magnificent Mile at Michigan Avenue and Upper Wacker Drive in the heart of downtown Chicago.

Explore the Space

Each room in our space features luxury furnishings and impeccable design details that elevate your event or meeting and ensure your guests feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms also come equipped with state-of-the-art technology, in-room credenzas, video-conferencing capabilities, and access to gorgeous views.

The IDEA Studio offers multiple space configurations, customizable to meet your needs from classroom and theater-style seating, to cocktail party, or a setup tailored just for your event. Our A/V capabilities include Wi-Fi for you and your guests, two projector screens, TVs, wireless mics, video conferencing, and a programmable lighting system. You'll also have access to interactive whiteboards, pinboards, and a podium and stage.

You'll have access to our on-site Catering Kitchen, and you'll be provided with a list of recommended food and beverage vendors, including quick-service and full-service catering. No matter what your needs are, we are equipped to handle light snacks or lunches to cocktail hour and full meals.
