America is facing a staggering housing shortage—between 4 and 7 million homes—and rents are soaring, with half of renters spending 30% or more of their income on rent and a quarter spending more than 50%. For this episode we convene a panel of urban designers and other industry experts to discuss how design can contribute to resolving the housing crisis and creating a future with new solutions and better options for all.
