IIDA ANNOUNCES WINNERS OF TWO ANNUAL DESIGN COMPETITIONS

CHICAGO —The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) today announced the winners of two of its annual design competitions: the Will Ching Design Competition and the Interior Design Competition.

The Will Ching Design Competition honors exceptional commercial interior design projects from firms with five or fewer employees. LI&Co. Design Limited won the award for its work on L'École - School of Jewelry Arts, Edition III, supported by Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong.

“Each year, the submissions to the Will Ching Design Competition reinforce the idea that great design is everywhere. These awards in particular remind us that innovative design transcends magnitude – it is a joy to celebrate the originality and excellence of firms of all sizes,“ said IIDA Executive Vice President and CEO Cheryl S. Durst, Hon. FIIDA, LEED AP. “We are pleased to honor LI&Co. Design Limited as the winner of this year’s competition for L'École.”

This year’s 45th annual Interior Design Competition celebrates outstanding, innovative design and architecture that encourages new ideas and techniques in the design and furnishings of interior spaces.
