CHICAGO — IIDA is pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Best of Asia Pacific Design Awards. The annual competition seeks to recognize and honor the highest level of creativity and elevate excellence in interior design and interior architecture projects across the Asia Pacific region.

“The Asia Pacific region brings us exciting and innovative designs every year,” said IIDA Executive Vice President and CEO, Cheryl S. Durst, Hon. FIIDA. “These firms created distinctive spaces that highlight experiences for the user, effortlessly merging traditional and modern design through vibrant colors, rich textiles, and organic elements.”

Entries were reviewed by a jury of design professionals including Professor at Kansas State University, Vibhavari Jani, IIDA; Principal at Tom Lee Studio, Tom Lee, AIA; Workplace Leader and Principal at DLR, Susan Orlandi.

“The jury was impressed by the ingenuity, craftsmanship, and clever attention to detail in this year's winning designs,” said Orlandi on the behalf of the jury. “Each firm approached their project with a deep understanding of the space and enhanced it by weaving cultural narratives with contemporary techniques.”
