All submissions will be done electronically, no hard copy submissions will be accepted. To enter a project into this competition, you will need to prepare and submit the following:

• Your firm's contact information including name, address, phone number, and email
• Name of manufacturer
• Name of designer
• Booth number
• Square footage of the space
• On-site contact’s name, email address, and cell phone number

The winning designs and Best of Competition will be selected by a jury of design professionals who will review all entries in-person, and select three (3) winning booth designs. Submissions are judged on the excellence of and use of materials, space, color, texture, lighting, and graphics. The jury reserves the right not to select a winner from the entries submitted. It is at the jurors' discretion to not select a winner.

Winners and the Best of Competition will be announced and celebrated during the 2023 WestEdge Design Fair in Los Angeles. Winners will be featured on IIDA.org and in WestEdge Design Fair publications. Winners will also receive official winner’s certificates, be featured on IIDA’s and WestEdge's social media accounts, and in an official press release distributed to leading industry outlets and media partners.
