Eligibility
Any design manufacturers exhibiting at the 2026 WestEdge Design Fair in Los Angeles may submit their booth design.

Guidelines
Submission Requirements
All submissions will be done electronically. No hard copy submissions will be accepted. To enter a project into this competition, you will need to prepare and submit the following:

Your firm's contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email
- Name of manufacturer
- Booth number
- Square footage of the space
- On-site contact’s name, email address, and cell phone number
Judging
A jury of design professionals will select the winning designs on October 29, 2026. The jury will review all entries in-person and select the winning 3 Booth designs, and the Best of Competition. Submissions are judged on the excellence in use of materials, space, color, texture, lighting, and graphics. The jury reserves the right not to select a winner from the entries submitted.
Prize
Winners and Best of Competition will be announced and celebrated during the 2026 WestEdge Design Fair in Los Angeles, on October 29, during the Opening Night Party. Winners will be featured on iida.org and in WestEdge Design Fair publications. Winners will also receive official winner’s certificates and be featured on IIDA’s social media accounts and in an official press release distributed to leading industry outlets and media partners.
