IIDA’s The Talent Collective, brings together a diverse group of design professionals to promote equity and inclusion and facilitate opportunities and professional development. The Talent Collective will showcase people of color in the design industry and is a space to build connections and celebrate their achievements.

The programming for this initiative explores equity and inclusion in hiring practices and career progression, across the design industry – from firms to manufacturers and adjacent industries. In dialogue with design leaders, understanding how firms are moving DEI initiatives forward and building stronger foundations for equity.

Join The Talent Collective for our first program webinar that will highlight the day-to-day reality of life at design firms of diverse size and scope. These relevant and of-the-moment sessions will feature Design, Equity and Inclusion leads from multiple firms who will detail with truth, acumen and “real talk” about work, life and balance “beyond the boilerplate” to provide you with the information that you need to successfully secure your most optimal opportunities in the industry.
