Winners Named for the 14th Annual Healthcare Design Awards
Press RoomCHICAGO — International Interior Design Association (IIDA) is excited to announce the winners of the 2025 IIDA Healthcare Design Awards. These awards recognize design firms for creativity and innovation in the design of healthcare facilities across fifteen categories within Ambulatory, Extended Care and Assisted Living Facilities, and Hospitals.
“In a moment of time where healthcare remains at the forefront of our lives, these projects showcase the power that design has in shaping how humans experience comfort and care,” said IIDA Executive Vice President and CEO, Cheryl S. Durst, Hon. FIIDA. “We are proud to honor these teams and projects, which reflect some of the very best of our industry and speak to the power design has to affect our health and wellbeing.”
Projects were reviewed by a panel of healthcare design professionals, including Corgan Associate Principal and Studio Design Director, Brent Capron, IIDA, AIA; Kahler Slater Associate Principal and Interior Design Team Leader, Katy Frey, IIDA; and Stengel Hill Director of Interior Design, Lindsey Stemle, IIDA.
“This year’s winning firms exemplify how design can transform, not just within a space but how those experiencing it feel,” Frey said on behalf of the jury. “Creating thoughtful spaces that not only bring comfort to patients but also empower staff with efficient and human centered solutions.”
