Our 2022 IIDA Student of the Year Award recipient is Hailey Fuller, Student IIDA, a graduate of Auburn University in Alabama and a LEED Green Associate. During her time as a student, Hailey went above and beyond to make an impact on her campus and advance her professional career. Her passion for design pushed her to acquire many accolades throughout her time in college. Hailey has won both large and small commercial design competitions, including the IIDA Alabama Chapter “IDIE” award for corporate and office design in the student category. She was also selected as 1 of 3 students to represent the student body as a CIDA Ambassador at Auburn’s CIDA accreditation in the spring of 2021.

Throughout her time at Auburn, Hailey had the opportunity to work on many projects. Some of those projects include a focus on commercial, hospitality, and healthcare design. She had the wonderful experience of working on the Marco Polo Headquarters design project. The goal of the project was to create an environment where productivity, creativity, and wellness could thrive together. Hailey focused on the third-floor office space where she contributed to the creation of the floor plans and room designs. Hailey's dedication to creativity and design solutions helps her thrive when working on projects such as this one.
