Scott is an interior design principal and professional associate at HDR, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska. She has a unique talent for leading and fostering long-lasting client relationships to create memorable and inspiring environments. With over 21 years of experience in all phases of design and project leadership, She has gained a reputation for her deep knowledge of strategic visioning. She has previously served as President of the Great Plains Chapter in 2013 and in 2020 was awarded the distinction of IIDA Member of the Year. An advocate for design, she is a member of numerous professional organizations and has a passion for mentoring. She is immersed in the design community serving as a juror, guest lecturer, and design education advisor.
