Jennifer C. Graham, FIIDA

Graham has delivered multiple award-winning, high-profile projects for over 30 years. Her success comes from a unique approach to leadership that builds mentorship into the process. She creates and upholds a supportive, positive, and empathetic work environment for her teams. Jennifer is also a respected voice within Perkins&Will’s New York studio and the design industry. She leads the studio’s Social Responsibility Initiative and is a bold champion for DEI, circularity, and sustainability, bringing these priorities to the forefront of her client work and community service. As an industry leader, she currently serves as IIDA NY’s Vice President of Action and Catalyst Chair. She was appointed AIA NY Public Director in 2024 and, in 2025, appointed to the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA).
